Cloud Login
You can change your password at any time by clicking the "Password Reset Utility" on the login portal.
(If you don't know your current password, you will need to call support to reset it for you).
If you don't have the "Password Reset Utility" enabled, login to the portal and launch an application, then press CTRL, ALT + END and click the "Change a password" link.
Ordinarily, passwords must meet certain requirements:

Different to the previous 5 password

Minimum 7 characters long

Password must be "complex":

a. Cannot contain the users login name, and meet at least 3 of the following requirements:
- b. Contain uppercase letters
- c. Contain lower case letters
- d. Contain numbers
- e. Contain "special characters" (e.g: !, $, #, %)

Office365 Login
Login to the portal (link above) and click the Settings cog in the top right corner of the page, then the Password link.
If your password is lost, if you've not previously setup "Self Service Password reset", please contact GWN to reset it for you.
To setup "Self-Service Password Reset", GWN will need to enable the facility in the 1st place;
Once that's done, login to the registration portal at: http://aka.ms/ssprsetup and setup at least 1 of the verification methods (i.e: phone number, alternate email address or security questions);
You will then be able to use the "Can't access your account" link on the Office 365 login portal in future
